HuntX is a trading name of Venator Holding B.V., Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 92123651, Netherlands. The correspondence address used on this website is De Rode Olifant, Zuid-Hollandlaan 7, 2596 AL The Hague. These terms govern business assignments. Online checkout is exclusively for businesses established in the Netherlands, including sole traders, purchasing for their trade or profession. Private purchases are not permitted through this route. Registration or a business declaration alone does not determine consumer status; the actual purpose and circumstances of the purchase matter.
2. Enquiry and contract
Select FIND, BLUEPRINT or FIND + BLUEPRINT, review the scope and total including VAT, enter business billing details and accept these terms. ‘Order and pay’ places an order with a payment obligation. The contract and interview access are confirmed after HuntX verifies successful payment with Mollie. Failed or cancelled payments do not grant access. These terms can be read and saved before ordering; the accepted version and timestamp are recorded with the order. This checkout is exclusively for businesses established in the Netherlands. You confirm authority to place the order. An order fully covered by a partner code is confirmed after validation and activation of that code; no payment is initiated. You may correct your details before ordering. The terms stored with the order continue to apply even if the website later changes.
3. Starting package
FIND includes a digital executive intake with a broad business overview, company-specific opportunities (X-MAP), provisional priorities and a recommended first step. FIND costs €295 excluding VAT. BLUEPRINT explores up to three selected opportunities in an AI organisation plan with goals, dependencies, roles, risks, priorities and a first 90 days roadmap. Its business case applies to the first focus with available financial inputs; unknown figures and assumptions remain explicit. Team Insight uses aggregate results from the dedicated HuntX Challenge invitation. Participation determines available team insights; without participation the plan uses the executive perspective only. BLUEPRINT costs €1,495 separately excluding VAT. Separate prices total €1,790; the combination costs €1,595 excluding VAT after a €195 saving. COMBI carries earlier answers forward and delivers both FIND and BLUEPRINT. Digital PDF reports are available. Personal consultations, technical build specifications and implementation are not included. A request for one or more agents follows separately, with review, quotation and build discovery. Reports can also be used independently or with another provider. The combination saving applies only when ordered together.
4. Further work and fees
BUILD, RUN and GROW are separate assignments. Implementation, third-party licences, usage fees, custom integrations and maintenance are included only if expressly stated in the order confirmation. Additional work is scoped and priced before approval. Payment terms, delivery dates, subscription duration and cancellation are agreed before the relevant contract. A FIND or combination order does not start a subscription or automatic follow-on assignment.
5. Delivery and expectations
HuntX performs agreed work with reasonable professional care. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Business cases contain estimates and assumptions, not guaranteed savings, revenue or headcount reductions. A process proposal is not individual legal, tax or medical advice. Controls, acceptance criteria and authority are agreed before use. External actions may only occur within the agreed authority. FIND and BLUEPRINT provide an analysis and proposal based on your inputs; they are not an audit, certification or independent verification of company facts. ROI is a scenario showing its inputs and missing information. Released hours and capacity value are not realised cash savings. The absence of a savings guarantee does not remove HuntX’s duty to deliver the agreed scope with reasonable care.
6. Client information
The client provides accurate relevant information and has the rights and authority to supply it. Do not submit sensitive personal data or information about individual employees in the public interview. Missing information may require a revised schedule by agreement. Access to invoices, contracts or business systems requires a separate agreement; an accountant referral does not provide access.
7. Confidentiality and privacy
Both parties protect confidential business information and share it only for performance or as required by law. The privacy notice explains website processing. Roles and any required data processing agreement are settled before HuntX processes personal data on a client’s behalf. Client information is not automatically added to the knowledge base. Reuse requires a separate agreement; publishing an identifiable client case requires prior permission.
8. Intellectual property
Existing HuntX methods, engine, software and knowledge base remain with HuntX or their owners. Clients retain rights to their supplied information. After payment, clients may use delivered documents internally and share them with advisers and implementers for their project. Ownership and source-code rights for new software are agreed separately in the BUILD assignment. Third-party rights continue to apply.
9. Withdrawal, termination and remedies
A genuine business purchase does not carry the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal. HuntX does not offer a separate general money-back guarantee for these purchases. This does not exclude all refunds. Submit a change, termination or complaint request through personal contact on the website or by post to the correspondence address, quoting your order reference. Termination of an assignment is governed by applicable law; settlement takes account of work performed, its benefit, the reason for termination and costs reasonably due. HuntX provides an itemised settlement and returns advances that are not due. We do not automatically charge the full price or a fixed cancellation percentage. Statutory rights to performance, remedies, termination for breach and any damages remain available for non-delivery or defective performance. Allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy where legally required. A business checkbox cannot exclude mandatory consumer rights where they apply. 9a. XenA and AI answers
XenA is HuntX’s AI assistant and provides general information for orientation. Answers may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated and are not individual legal, tax or medical advice. A chat answer alone does not establish an entitlement to a particular price, discount, delivery, saving or other performance; the applicable offer and agreed assignment govern those matters. XenA is not authorised to enter into contracts or change existing agreements. Ask HuntX for written confirmation before relying on a statement material to your decision, and have specific legal questions assessed by a qualified professional. This clause does not prejudice mandatory rights, reasonable reliance protected by applicable law, existing agreements or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. HuntX remains responsible for carefully performing agreed work.
10. Liability and law
Statutory rules on liability, breach, force majeure and mitigation apply. These terms do not generally exclude statutory liability. Dutch law applies. Parties first seek an agreed resolution, then may refer a dispute to the legally competent court. New versions do not automatically amend existing assignments. The Dutch text prevails over a conflicting English translation to the extent permitted by law.
11. Delivery and access
The interview becomes available after verified payment or activation. Report generation starts after you complete the required inputs and start the analysis. Insufficient input is marked as uncertain or missing; further information may be needed. The specific delivery period must be stated with the offer before payment. A technical failure is not delivery: contact HuntX for errors or a missing report and do not pay again. An authorised or failed payment does not start a paid assignment. 12. Digital invoices
Once paid services are available, a PDF invoice is emailed to the business address provided after confirmed payment. By ordering you agree to digital invoicing. The invoice records an advance payment; it is not evidence that the analysis has already been delivered. A full-discount code with nothing payable results in an activation confirmation, not an automatic invoice to your accountant. Separate agreements with paying partners are invoiced separately. Verified refunds may result in a credit note; a disputed payment alone does not automatically cancel the debt.
